Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC):
Adult newcomers, 18 years and older, Landed Immigrants of Canada and Convention Refugees; and holders of appropriate Authorizations or Minister's Permits can make an appointment to be assessed for English as a Second Language Proficiency.
Once your assessment is finished you will be referred to an appropriate training program to learn English language skills.To make an appointment for assessment please call (416) 925-5462.
Note: Original Immigration documents must be presented at the time of assessment.
